Bailey Noelle Paniszczyn is a graphic designer, currently residing in Tyler, TX.

She has work experience as a full-time designer for Grace Community Church, Cisneros Design and HomeFront Brands.

She has also had internship experiences at Motivating Graphics and XO Agency. 

As a designer for Cisneros Design, Bailey worked under strict time deadlines, and collaborated on production design and creative projects, for a wide variety of digital and print materials.

Using client guidelines, she conceived designs and pitched them to the Cisneros Design creative team. Several concepts were approved by the CEO for presentation to clients, who in turn chose the designs for final production. These clients include Maryville University, New Mexico Mutual, Century Bank, Plaza Cafe and Santa Fe School of Cooking. Collaboration, communication and execution created a firm foundation for this successful process.

While working for HomeFront Brands, a community-based franchise service company,

Bailey was responsible for the creative content for all HomeFront Brands. With continued success, HomeFront Brands continued to grow and she was responsible for the creative content of three out of the six brands HomeFront Brands owns. Creative work Bailey generated included digital content for online media, consisting of branding, ad campaigns & posts, e-books, presentations and print & digital collateral. She worked diligently to help promote five brands from the ground up and created an entire brand identity for Mozzie Dome (a pest control company),

conception to launch.

Bailey graduated in May 2022, earning her four-year Bachelor's of Digital Design Degree, 

from the School of the Arts, Media, Performance and Design, Spec. Hons. York/Sheridan Joint Program in Design from York University in Toronto, Ontario.

Bailey has a passion for all forms of design and in particular, branding, editorial,

web and app design.
