I’m Bailey, and I’m passionate about design. I thrive on turning creative ideas into visually compelling and impactful solutions that genuinely resonate with and engage audiences. She has worked full-time for Grace Community Church, Cisneros Design, and HomeFront Brands, and interned with Motivating Graphics and XO Agency.
Bailey graduated in May 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Design, graduating with honors from the School of the Arts, Media, Performance and Design at York University in Toronto, Ontario, through the York/Sheridan Joint Program in Design. Passionate about all forms of design, Bailey specializes in branding, editorial design, web design, and app design.
At Cisneros Design, Bailey Noelle Paniszczyn thrived under tight deadlines, working on diverse digital and print projects. She developed and pitched designs based on client guidelines, with concepts approved by the CEO and selected for final production. Her clients included Maryville University, New Mexico Mutual, Century Bank, Plaza Cafe, and Santa Fe School of Cooking, highlighting her collaboration and execution skills.
At HomeFront Brands, Bailey managed creative content for the company and oversaw the creative direction for three of its six brands. She developed digital content including branding materials, ad campaigns, social media posts, and collateral. Notably, she played a key role in launching five brands and created the complete brand identity for Mozzie Dome, a pest control company.
I have a profound passion for design, finding great satisfaction in translating creative ideas into visually compelling and meaningful solutions that effectively engage and resonate with audiences. My dedication to crafting innovative designs drives me to continually push the boundaries of creativity and excellence in every project I undertake.
